(and what to Anticipate at a B&B)
Hey there! Remember B&B hospitality? It's still available, beginning with a personal greeting by a friendly host. Here you'll find 3 guest rooms on the 2nd floor, each decorated uniquely. Snacks, drinks, a microwave, fridge in a common area that separates the rooms, with free breakfast. All rooms have the same amenities: provided linens, cozy queen-size beds with foam toppers, a desk area, and extra seating. Rooms are keyed. The hostess lives on site. FAQ: Best suited for adult guests. Accommodations are neither child safe, barrier-free (handicap accessible), nor suitable for pets. Off-street parking is available. Free wifi, workspace, and office supplies provided. 24-hour notice for reservations. Check-in 2-9 pm, check-out 11 am. The complimentary family-style breakfast is served in the downstairs dining room. Guest reservation links can be found below each room photo. Experience the charm of a bygone era at rooms2stay, a boutique bed & breakfast in Baldwin City, KS. This quintessential B&B offers modern amenities within a historic setting. It has been in operation for over 10 years. Baldwin City, a quaint town with just one traffic light, is home to Baker University and is conveniently located a short drive southwest of Kansas City and southeast of Lawrence.
This corner property, over 100 years old, is nestled among five majestic maple trees (90 to 60 y.o.) and a brick street to the east completed in 1926. The historic home includes three comfortable and inviting guest rooms, each with its own unique character and decor. With a total guest capacity of six, rooms2stay fits the accommodation needs for local events, family visits, reunions, retreats, and Baker University occasions.

As a bespoke service (minimal additional charge),
a “Hearty Tidbits” hour is yours by request.
An option available featuring your choice of either a cat-cuterie (charcuterie) board or a high tea in the late afternoon (alfresco anyone?). To complete the bites will be bubbly drinks (mocktails or a variety of tea available).

A PREWEDDING memorable experience: Bring the bride's bridal party (up to 6 people) for an overnight stay the night before the big event then wake up to a leisurely brunch. Have all your go to people (hair stylist, manicurist, and photographer) come to you (!) for all the pampering. A perfect way to ease into your big day eliminating some of the event jitters!
